If you have purchased our products from tirtyl.com.au we’ll happily give you a full refund if you’re not satisfied. We ask that you use the product for at least 30 days and contact customer service at hello@tirtyl.com.au if you are having difficulties or have any queries on how to best use the product.

If you’re still not satisfied, we’ll process your full refund to the payment method originally used. We kindly ask that you return any unused product to us via registered post (at your expense) so we can re-use, recycle, or safely dispose of the returned goods as appropriate. After all, we do our best to reduce waste.

For practical reasons, we are unfortunately unable to offer our 30-day money-back guarantee on sample packs.
