How do I get in touch?

What are your shipping options?
  • We offer free ground shipping on orders . Standard ground usually takes 3-5 business days, some rural areas outside main cities may take longer.
Do you ship internationally?
  • Currently, we do not offer international shipping and only ship within the USA. 
What if I put the wrong shipping address?
  • Please contact us immediately, we will be able to make any changes as long as your order isn’t already shipped.

  • We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Please reach out to our customer support team at info@arjust.com and we will try our best to take care of your concerns within 24 hours.
  • Our products are ethically manufactured in China, where we have partners that do quality, safety and factory inspections regularly to ensure our standards remain high.
  • We accept returns on all unused products within 30 days of your purchase date.

Do you cover return shipping?
  • For domestic orders within the US, returns are free within 30 days.
When and how will I get my refund?
  • Your refund should be posted on your credit card within 7 days after we’ve processed your refund.
What forms of payment do you accept?
  • We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover. We also accept Apple Pay and Google Pay. 
Do you accept orders from international customers?
  • Unfortunately, we currently only ship within the US

Can I change or cancel my order?
  • To cancel your order, please contact us at info@arjust.com with your order number and reason for cancellation. We will try our best to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee that your order can be canceled once processed.
  • We unfortunately do not offer replacement stickers as we don’t have them on hand, however we can send you out a PDF to easily print your own stickers should you need more than what is included in each box.
